Fantastic stay in Canary Wharf
seamless check-in helpful staff spacious room wide selection
Check-in was seamless. Staff were attentive and helpful, especially Flaviana at the front desk (she really were great). The room was spacious and modern with good WiFi. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection. I enjoyed it.
The gym equipment felt quite basic. It did the job, but I had hoped for something a bit more comprehensive.

The room included a large flat-screen television and a comfortable bed with ample pillows. The bathroom was super clean and featured modern fixtures. There were plush towels available for use.

a good stay at this spot
smooth check-in comfortable bed breakfast buffet good ambience
check-in went smooth. the staff remained attentive. the bed felt comfortable. the breakfast buffet included plenty options. the restaurant gave off a good ambience. i found the location quiet. i enjoyed the shower, it had a good water pressure.
as a group, we didn't feel very safe outside in the dark, as some people caused disturbances near the hotel. the security felt a bit lax, also.

the fitness center features advanced equipment. the pool provides a place for relaxation. there are comfortable loungers available near the pool. guests can use the car park, this is a safe space.

Acceptable stay with some issues
cold pool inaccurate photos
The staff were quite helpful and everything was explained upon arrival.
I had some issues . The health suite did not match the photos online and the pool was very cold. My partner could not stay in there for long. It was disappointing.

cold pool rushed checkout
the pool was, lets just say, fresh. i heard it was supposed to be heated, but i doubt that. also, i got a text about checkout before i even settled in. i mean, really? can i at least unpack my stuff before i get rushed out?

breakfast option list good location qr code curry smell cold room towel hook
the breakfast had a great list of options. it seemed endless. the location was good as it was only 10 minutes from the station. i liked the qr code provided to save paper. the room was spacious.
the room smelt of curry upon arrival. it could be from a previous stay. the room was very cold. it took ages to warm up. there was nowhere to hang and dry towels. it was hard when there were three wet towels to try distribute around the room as there was only one hook.
